Me and my partner came down for a family members birthday, chose this hotel as easy access to town, like right in the middle.
Everything went smooth. Staff were great, especially reception staff at the time, Sophia and Will. Both great characters and can see why people ahead were laughing as going to their rooms.
Our room was spot on, clean and ready.
What can I say? A great choice for our next visit.

During my stay at your hotel I found it to be most welcoming from the staff at the reception all the way to the breakfast team the quality was through and through, especially thankful for the housekeeping team for having my room ready earlier than expected!! Would so stay again:)

The best hotel in Nottingham
Amazing hotel, this was the first stop on our honeymoon road trip and the bar was set high by these guys. As soon as we arrived we were treated like they actually wanted us there, you don’t experience that much these days. They put us in their best room, which was amazing, it had everything, we had a drink in the bar where the staff were again really helpful. The location was great with a lot to do in the area! A big thank you to Darren for making our stay so fantastic!
