Modern Clean hotel & Great Location for short stay
Spacious room for 4 adults, lovely decor, clean and fancy coffee machine. The beds are super comfy and ear plugs provided. Would say 4 cups (not 2), milk and teabags would have been nice but not necessesity. No fridge (but not necessity), very noisy in a morning from outside bin truck and music as central which we knew from our stay before (but ear plugs provided by hotel was a nice touch)

Location is perfect, the hotel is well furnished and clean. Lots of amenities nearby. Friendly staff.

Gorgeous hotel in the centre of Nottingham. Retains the authenicness of the oldest hotel in Nottingham whilst still delivering modern luxuriousness. Well worth a stay!!!
Perfect for a city centre stay
Manager on the front desk was friendly and helpful right from the start. Room was clean, comfortable and well furnished.

Great size room. Huge, comfortable bed. Warm welcome from reception staff. City centre hotel in great location. Lots of choice for food, coffee etc immediately outside the hotel. Air conditioning actually works which is rare in English hotels!
Mercure Hotel, Nottingham
Arrived at the hotel after parking in a nearby car park. Check in quick and efficient, friendly helpful staff. Small room with a double bed, not ideal for 2 people but since I was alone it was not problem. Slept surprisingly well. Breakfast is self service but freshly prepared and more than adequate with English and continental choices. Hotel has some history, the internal staircases are original and many famous people have stayed there including Charles Dickens. There is a pub as part of the building and a Weatherspoon's immediately across the road and many restaurants nearby. A Sainsbury's store is within a minutes walk. Nice hotel in the centre of Nottingham.
Full of character in an amazing location!
Amazing location right in the heart of the vibrant Lace Market district. Full of character steeped in history, especially since my husband is an avid Notts County fan!
Perfect from start to finish
The location was spot on, a little noisy at night time but still fell asleep but that was the only slight negative. Would 100% stay at this hotel again👍
