Brilliant staff
Unfortunately I had to stay at a hotel due to a fire at my home. The staff were excellent and so accompanying and caring. I’d like to give special mentions to will and Sofia, whenever I am walking by the hotel until this day they are always loving and kind to me.
this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in all my life! The breakfast is amazing!!!

Our daughter bought us a 2 night stay with 2 course meal and breakfast. A hotel guest called me say before called Darren. Explaining and apologising that unfortunately we cannot have the 2 course meal due to staff shortages and a way to say sorry he has upgraded us to the best George Suite and also a bottle on bubbly will be in room waiting.. I accepted this and was very grateful for the call and an email. On arrival WOW!!! The room.. it is an apartment! A lounge, a bedroom and a bathroom with even a roll top bath! Happy was not enough, I don't want to go out, I want to stay in the suite... We ordered room service breakfast, did not disappoint. We are now on our last day here. We have ordered late checkout in morning as I don't want to leave.. and the staff, especially Darren.. they are exceptional. Most definitely be back. It is central, quirky and amazing..

This is an excellent hotel in a great central location. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are of a very good standard. We have stayed here several times now and would definitely stay again. Parking is nearby
