Great hotel in Nottingham city centre
Had a fantastic overnight stay in this really clean and comfortable querky hotel.
The room was large and comfy bed. Decor really interesting. Room spotless. Posh bubble bath and body lotion
Already booked to go back next month. Really central for everything.
We did not have breakfast but the food looked fabulous when had a cheeky peek
Staff are so friendly.
Welcoming stay
Had a two night stay here with my Sister following the death of our Mum who would have been on the trip. The staff are so helpful and welcoming at all times nothing is too much trouble for them. Although this hotel is right in the middle of the town centre and you can hear the mill of young students up and down its a nice sound not annoying and you can still get to sleep. Rooms and beds are comfy. Disabled bathroom needed few minor repairs. Shower rail riser tap and soap tray need tightening up nothing major. Quiet stay mid week getting busier towards weekend. We had full english breakfast on both days which despite tasting and looking amazing upset both of our stomachs. We had eaten out with friends the nights before and they werent ill at all. My sister and I are both vulnerable with serious health conditions but recovered luckily after 3 days. The management have been made aware of the problem and acknowledged and apologised. Despite food issues I would without a doubt recommend this hotel and would come back again for another stay with them. Many thanks.

Stayed to watch the football in the city centre, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were fabulous, so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, plated service, i presume a covid measure, but we had more than enough on the plate.
The room was on the inside of the building, but to be honest, it's so central this probably helped with the sleep!

Very friendly staff, (Sophia) when checking in. Lovely quirky spacious rooms..Amazing bed and air-conditioning which is something some hotels miss out on.

Great location, super friendly staff, clean room and very covid safe.
No complaints at all. We wanted to have a few nights out for drinks which it was perfect for, it is surrounded by cocktail bars and pubs. We went during the euros england match so expected at least a bit of noise as it's so central but we slept just fine and I heard no yelling or anyone from the streets below.

Beautiful hotel and great staff.
Just small niggles with the shower being tiny, no shelf to put stuff on but it worked for our one night stay.
Very covid secure and reception were great as well as the other staff we encountered.

Top quality
Cracking historic hotel ideally located amongst some great bars, restaurants and shops. A short walk to pretty much everything you need. It has a continental feel to it. Friendly staff and very handy parking. Fabulous breakfast Ashley looked after us, thank you. Highly recommended, we’ll be back next time we travel over from Lincoln.

Staff very kind and helpful who made my staying relaxing. Elegant spacious and clean room, perfect to rest after a busy day. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect as well. I will surely come back!

Just had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lovely Sophia on reception (sorted out the car park ticket...no problem...) and the brilliant staff that served us a yummy full English breakfast this morning (apologies....didn't get our server's name ...just said 'trainee' on your badge but you know who you are & obviously you'd get the job if it were up to me!!) Plus all the other breakfast crew . Just lovely & of course all Covid safety standards were observed but didn't feel intrusive.
Brilliant city centre location with minimal noise.
Gorgeous bathroom will nice toiletries. Well stocked minibar with free soft drinks. Cheers for the upgrade to a suite (originally in Privilege King room).

Visiting from Bristol as our eldest daughter has applied to Nottingham Uni..can't wait to return & check out the bar next time....
