The loveliest Hotel in Nottingham
Me and my girlfriend came to Nottingham for a night's stay and ended up staying an extra night in the Hotel as it was beautiful. The location is right in the centre and the staff are ultra friendly and accommodating. Couldn't recommend enough
Great central position with great staff
Just had a very enjoyable 2 night stay made all the better by friendly and attentive staff. This started before we arrived with Comms with Chris the manager and Sabrin trying to make everything right from the word go. On arrival we were booked in by Sophia who continued to be helpful throughout out stay being both funny and a pleasure to deal with.
You might try to pick holes in the hotel but you can't beat the central location (other than the lack of parking) but all the staff we met were attentive, accommodating and friendly. In short they made our stay.
Well done and thank you.
A great stay
Booked the hotel room at the very last minute (ie on the day). My girlfriend and I thought the advertised price was great value and, as soon as we arrived, we were given an upgrade by the excellent, helpful and friendly staff (thank you to Sophia #1, Sophia #2, Darren et al). The room was great, with discounted parking just a minute's stroll away, and the bar connected to the hotel was lovely, too. Perfect end to a super day. Highly recommended.
Great hotel
We really enjoyed our stay in a suite. The bathroom was huge with bath and separate shower. Loved having a fridge and the fancy coffee machine too. The big bed was really comfy and my teenage daughter had a separate area with a curtain she could pull across so it was private with her own TV. I would certainly recommend a visit to this quirky hotel.
Great Staff, ideal Location.
Just spent a few days with family in Nottingham. Booked The Mercure purely by chance. ideal location in the City centre. The hotel had an oldie worldy, yet contemporary feel. The Staff were both friendly and helpful, Sophia at Reception was a Star. Definitely staying here on our next visit. Would highly recommend it.
Great staff great location
We recently stayed here. The hotel is in a great location in the town. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely be visiting again and would stay here again.
To watch England in the T20
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place itself was lovely and clean. Fantastic location just up the hill from the city centre and only 10 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms themselves was also very clean, tidy and modern.
All change at Nottingham
We had an issue with the air-conditioning however we were able to move to another room. A fan was brought up but meanwhile reception had sorted out another room with us knowing. All thanks to Sophia for sorting this one out. Five stars.
Fabulous and welcoming hotel experience in the best possible location.
My partner and I decided to stay here for one night at just a few days notice and we loved every second of it.
Fantastic service and experience from the moment we arrived.
We were upgraded from a standard to a superior room which was a real treat.
The room was full of boutique hotel-style details alongside all the things you look for in a good quality stay - practicalities, storage, space.
Great staff who care about your every need and feedback and value the time to chat with customers again.
Finally, you simply cannot get a better location to experience the city centre and the amazing eateries in and around the beautiful Lace Market.
Go visit this hotel if you're in Nottingham - you're in good hands.
Great staff
Loved it here, really quirky decor clean rooms and the staff were great especially Darren very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We got upgraded which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was really tasty and ran smoothly with Covid restrictions.
