I must say it exceeded all of my expectations.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Nottingham City Centre Hotel. I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was a delightful experience. Amenities provided were top notch. The staffs attention to detail ensured our comfort throughout out stay. Needless to say we are already planning to return.

Booked last minute as my accommodation fell through and it was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful hotel right in middle of shopping centre. Parking is at multi storey car park 5 mins away. Hotel is very quirky & old. Room was clean, whole room was wonky on an angle (which due to age of hotel is normal) lots of creaking from floor boards. Would stay again

Got an upgrade the bed was comfortable the room was huge and very comfy
Overall the stay was really good and would highly recommend.
The hotels location was perfect as you had a bit of everything around it like the Motorpoint arena and then all types of food and drinks bars.

Location was good, close to everything. Short walk from the station. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfy. The buffet breakfast was good too.
