Lovely Staff & Excellent Location
My partner and I stayed for a couple of nights and the staff were exceptional - very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and could leave our bags and when we checked out. When we came back to check in our room wasn't ready but we were offered complimentary drinks in the bar straight away which was great. We didn't even have to wait long for it. Everyone from reception, to the breakfast and bar staff were great. We had the breakfast both days which was lovely. The room was spotlessly clean and refreshed throughout our stay. We were provided with ear plugs on the bedside table which worried us but we didn't hear a thing from outside throughout the whole of our stay which was great. The location is excellent. We will definitely be back if we visit Nottingham in the near future and would highly recommend.

Came to Nottingham to settle our daughter into uni and have a little city break.
Room was a little small a bit quirky but other than that it was clean, comfortable and well stocked.
Its in a great central location, and Nottingham is such a cool and friendly place.
Best bit was the staff, they were ALL!! friendly, helpful and hard working... Top notch!!
The night porter was awesome, making me feel safe by quickly accompany me or staying on the desk when I popped out for my late night smokes (bad habit I know), as a woman who is not used to visiting city's this was a blessing.

The room was a good size and the shower was great! Location is very central and perfect getting round the city. Parking was just round the corner and I received a discount from the hotel on departure.
