On arrival the staff were really friendly and welcoming and we were given an upgrade to one of the suites which was a nice surprise after a long day.
The room was very spacious and comfortable but starting to look a little tired and could do with some minor redecoration.
Although we overlooked the street there was no noise disturbance and a great night's sleep was had by all.
Overall had a great stay and will use again on any return visits to the area.

City break
Paid for a Kingsize but got upgraded to a king-size privilege with complimentary soft drinks, free nepresso coffee, robes and slippers. Bed comfortable, decor really nice and bathroom good. Location close to everything. Parking £10 per night close to hotel pretty good for city centre parking.

Fantastic Stay
A very relaxing experience. Came to see a play with some friends and the facilities and staff at the Mercure was perfect.
Everyone was very kind, and Peter at the front desk was incredibly helpful.
The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms were well maintained.
Not a complaint to be had! Will definitely stay again when I have the occasion to come to Nottingham.
