Stayed for work, helpful & friendly reception staff. Sophia was great for recommendations and has excellent customer service skills. I would be more than happy to stay again. Clean comfortable room. Nice decor and most important a good nights sleep!
AMAZING HOTEL
It’s very convenient to live in Mercury Hotel to plan a tour in Nottingham. Regarding the excellent location, I can only take 1-minute walk to the tram station named Lace Market, it takes you to Beeston or remote retail outlets within couple of minutes. Also, I takes leisure walks within few minutes to city centre for shopping at M&S, Primark, Victor Centre, etc.
Besides, you may never forget supports/advice from the enthusiastic and knowledgeable hotel teams.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
The location of the hotel is great. It has a lovely feel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We got a complimentary breakfast due to our room not being ready on arrival. Our room was clean, well decorated and a nice size.

the king suite was so luxurious and comfy - slippers, bathrobe, complimentary soft drinks Loved the Led lights around the headboard and shiny ceiling! (ROOM 503) the separate lounge was great. Breakfast was good quality and lots of choice. Quirky , fun hotel in the centre of Nottingham.

The location and the look and aesthetics of the hotel are amazing. Even in the rooms they are so different and eccentric which is nice. Its a hotel you can have a holiday from home in. Staff are nive and friendly. Only thing is it does need to be fixed up a bit we noticed that quite a few things do need to be fixed. As we stayed in the George suite which comes under as a king suite with a sofa bed if anyone is wondering so this will help you when booking as multiple websites with want you to pay extra for this room. But you can ask for this room specifically as we have been told by the staff here.
In other areas the breakfast is lovely but the serving of the rooms could of been a bit more detailed. Overall its still a lovely experience as we keep coming back ourselves.

Perfect stay
I was in the hotel for a weekend. It was my first time in Nottingham. The hotel has vintage vibes and deco which made the place cosy and beautiful. The highlight of the stay was the fantastic hotel team. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their service was first class. Cyrus welcome us and informed us about local places. In the breakfast Ashley was very attemtive and was looking very well after us. Ali and Kashif in the reception were very kind and Peter was brilliant during our check out. Definitely a place to come back!
