We had originally booked a city room (the smallest) however when we got there we add been upgraded to an executive suite with complimentary soft drinks and a coffee pod machine. The place was clean. It has a pub within the hotel called the curious tavern which is a great old style pub. Overall good stay, right in the centre. Staff were friendly enough. Would stay again.

The building is blessed with incredible architectural detail which is complimented with quirky interior design. On future trips to Nottingham I won’t hesitate to book again.

Brilliant staff
Unfortunately I had to stay at a hotel due to a fire at my home. The staff were excellent and so accompanying and caring. I’d like to give special mentions to will and Sofia, whenever I am walking by the hotel until this day they are always loving and kind to me.
this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in all my life! The breakfast is amazing!!!
