Excellent customer service
I arrived after a long day and terrible nights sleep at the Travelodge in Leeds. Sabrin Darren speedily gave me my key and checked me in. She moved me to the fourth floor to ensure I had a quiet night. Best customer service and I’ll definitely return.

Stayed here for 1 night on a shopping trip.
Fantastic staff , especially Mandy , she upgraded us for free ! Lovely lady , nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend, will definitely be booking again !!
wonderful hotel
me and a group of friends stayed at the hotel on the 18th of September, we felt so welcomed by the lovely staff on reception and the breakfast team.
we will definitely be coming back we and will recommend this lovely hotel to anyone, such a great location for a night out or to even explore what Nottingham has to offer.

Excellent stay
We stayed here as my son was getting married, form check in to check out the staff were amazing so friendly the manager on duty when we checked was really friendly.
The house keeping staff were lovely chatting to us on the day of the wedding and remembering us the following day asking if we had had a nice day and how lovely we all looked.
I must admit I am a terrible sleeper but had 2 great nights sleep which is unheard of from me. Will definitely be going back oh yes and breakfast is fab so much choice. Thank you all for a great stay.
Unexpected Surprise
We only stayed in Nottingham for a day / night before travelling to Alton Towers the next day. We were both pleasantly surprised by the hotel which holds a lot of history and character. The room was very comfortable and had no interruptions from outside noise despite its location. There is a cool bar downstairs with a pool table if you’re looking for a quick drink before dinner.
The staff are polite and welcoming. We even got a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise.
The area has lots to do nearby, plenty of restaurants and bars so you won’t be bored.
We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in Nottingham again. Can’t find any fault with the hotel
5* CUSTOMER SERVICE
I couldn’t be happier with the service I was given over the phone by Sophia and the team. Brilliant!! To say I called on a busy Saturday night panicking over my cancellation not working and being charged £800, they did everything they could to help and I now no longer need to stress. Everything was going very wrong this week so a HUGE thank you to the team for sorting my issue so quickly!! Their customer service was fantastic. THANK YOU! :)
Overnight stay
The Mercure is a fantastic hotel for those who like to be in the heart of the city
The room was fantastic we were upgraded to the curiosity room which was full of quirky objects great comfortable bed and roll top bath
The receptionists Sabrina and Sophia could not have been more helpful
The breakfast was very good great choice and attentive staff
The hotel was very clean
We have been more than satisfied and will stay again
Excellent Stay
Booked a stay last year due to Covid had to re-arrange to this August Sabrin (operations Manager) was amazing with this, we had to re-arrnage quite a few times and she was more than happy to help and was very warm and friendly. Hotel was lovely there was 20 of us staying and we all had a lovely time with no issues. Would highly recommend stopping, and will defiantly go back on our next work night out.
Excellent city centre conference location
For a number of years we have used the Mercure Nottingham as a weekend base for a course. We were among the first to be welcomed back for such an event after lockdown and found the arrangements made for the new situation to be very helpful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and worked very hard to make us welcome and to provide us with really good breakfasts and dinners. Full of character this unique city-centre hotel is to be highly recommended.
Very comfortable Hotel
The Mercure is in a good central location. The room was very comfortable with everything you would expect. Very nice breakfast. We found all the staff attentive friendly and helpful. There was clear instructions to the car park. Overall we were very satisfied.
