Welcoming, friendly and clean accommodation with excellent access to everything in town
The property has an excellent location in town with plenty of on site amenities. Upon arrival we were checked by a gentleman who I believe was the hotel manager, during polite conversation while checking in we were asked the purpose of our visit; which was for my 30th birthday. The member of staff then upgraded our room for us twice to an amazingly larger space with better facilities. we were completely taken aback by this and are extremely grateful for an amazing stay.
Nice hotel
Very nice. I was positively surprised by Mercure hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely designed. The bed was big and so comfortable. Possible to order beer bucket to the room, perfect. We are planning to come back again. Definitely recommend.
Great stay at Mercure Nottingham in the city centre.
The look of the hotel was amazing; very quirky with jazzy colours and beautiful decorations. The room was the perfect size for two, and the bed was so comfortable! The location was great as well, central and close to everything, and the staff was very friendly.
Great Stay
Stayed in March to visit the Ice Hockey Arena. Great Hotel, interesting building and nicely presented. Very good location in the centre of the city, comfortable bedroom, very friendly staff and lovely breakfast
Lovely staff, very good food
Staff so helpful, Gemma, Katarina, Karolina, Sofia, Dominik all great. Food also very good indeed, 3 course-excellent choices. Not 5-rating as rooms too snug with nil storage. However beds large and extremely comfortable, and bathroom fine, so balanced out. We were a large party (27) so confident that this was a common assessment all round.

We was upgraded to a suit. The room was amazing the staff were extremely friendly and above all helpful and polite.
Great hotel and service
We asked for a few drinks in the room on ice and we had it when we checked in..... Av stayed in many top hotels and my stay here was 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we will be back in the summer. Great bed, great shower and great area.

We got a free upgrade to a suite which was really nice 👍🏻😊 we were greeted by a spacious and luxurious room with the most eccentric decor I’ve experienced in a hotel recently! The only way to describe it is if all the characters in Alice in Wonderland were changed to dogs. 🙂 it was clean and well organised with plenty of facilities in the room. There is a choice of either a foam or feather pillow which was a really nice touch because I prefer feather and my boyfriend hates them! The bath was huge but remember to bring your own bubbles! Other than that, the Alexa didn’t link to our phones as the instructions said it did but we didn’t really mind enough to ask reception to help so I can’t fault them there. On that note as well the reception staff were really nice and helpful. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!!
