Good
Great location. Parking near by. Discount on parking in Lace market parking.
Friendly staff. Good shopping centre.
A few cons. Hotel very warm. Air con a little noisy . Small fixed shower.
Plenty to do around Nottingham. Didn’t really hear any noise after 11. But didn’t bother us.
Hotel is very quirky. Must say the buffet breakfast was excellent quality. Best we’ve had when staying in Hotels.
Thank you.
Wonderful stay
Stayed here for one night while going to a gig at a venue near by. Lovely welcome from the very friendly reception staff who stored my belongings so I could go explore as I arrived early and the room wasn't ready.
Also were very helpful when my room key-card would not work when I returned from the gig, got it working again, no issues.
The room I stayed in was cosy, had everything I needed for one night. Bed was very comfy and the Alexa's in the room are a very nice touch.
Only slight niggle was the shower would not stay up in it's stand, so ended up having to hold it.
Other than that had a wonderful stay, would stay again as it's located in the Lace Market near the tram stop and 10 mins walk from the train station making it really central and easy to get around Nottingham.
Central cosy stay
Stayed for work, helpful & friendly reception staff. Sophia was great for recommendations and has excellent customer service skills. I would be more than happy to stay again. Clean comfortable room. Nice decor and most important a good nights sleep!
AMAZING HOTEL
It’s very convenient to live in Mercury Hotel to plan a tour in Nottingham. Regarding the excellent location, I can only take 1-minute walk to the tram station named Lace Market, it takes you to Beeston or remote retail outlets within couple of minutes. Also, I takes leisure walks within few minutes to city centre for shopping at M&S, Primark, Victor Centre, etc.
Besides, you may never forget supports/advice from the enthusiastic and knowledgeable hotel teams.
Very Good
Polite staff
A great place to stay in the centre of Nottingham
Good location
Lovely hotel in a great location.
The location of the hotel is great. It has a lovely feel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We got a complimentary breakfast due to our room not being ready on arrival. Our room was clean, well decorated and a nice size.
Wonderful
the king suite was so luxurious and comfy - slippers, bathrobe, complimentary soft drinks Loved the Led lights around the headboard and shiny ceiling! (ROOM 503) the separate lounge was great. Breakfast was good quality and lots of choice. Quirky , fun hotel in the centre of Nottingham.
Everything a few steps - minutes away
Lovely time well worth the visit this is our 3rd time
The location and the look and aesthetics of the hotel are amazing. Even in the rooms they are so different and eccentric which is nice. Its a hotel you can have a holiday from home in. Staff are nive and friendly. Only thing is it does need to be fixed up a bit we noticed that quite a few things do need to be fixed. As we stayed in the George suite which comes under as a king suite with a sofa bed if anyone is wondering so this will help you when booking as multiple websites with want you to pay extra for this room. But you can ask for this room specifically as we have been told by the staff here.
In other areas the breakfast is lovely but the serving of the rooms could of been a bit more detailed. Overall its still a lovely experience as we keep coming back ourselves.
