Best stay of the trip
Booked last minute as my accommodation fell through and it was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful hotel right in middle of shopping centre. Parking is at multi storey car park 5 mins away. Hotel is very quirky & old. Room was clean, whole room was wonky on an angle (which due to age of hotel is normal) lots of creaking from floor boards. Would stay again
Brilliant stay and brilliant staff
Got an upgrade the bed was comfortable the room was huge and very comfy
Overall the stay was really good and would highly recommend.
The hotels location was perfect as you had a bit of everything around it like the Motorpoint arena and then all types of food and drinks bars.

Location was good, close to everything. Short walk from the station. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfy. The buffet breakfast was good too.
I had a very comfortable night and I didn't want to leave. I slept like a baby.

The hotel is located in the busy Lace Market area in the heart of the city. This said there was very little noise on this busy Bank Holiday weekend. The room was furnished well and the bed comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
