Free upgraded room, which was where Notts County FC was formed and was themed, excellent staff.

We had a free upgrade, staff were jovial and high spirited. Location could not have been better. Stepped out to bars, restaurants, cinema and the ice hockey. Room was spacious and included an Alexa to belt out Christmas playlists.
We had a hewar weekend. absolutely loved the place

Very clean and central, perfect location near lots of pubs, restaurants and attractions. staff were lovely and could not have been anymore welcoming if they tried, staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing

Location of hotel is perfect for me as near nottingham arena plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, staff friendly this was my 2nd time staying and will be back next year id say for a gig.

Great hotel right in the centre
Great hotel right in the heart of the city and perfectly located for our night out and meal at the Alchemist nearby. Really friendly check in. We were upgraded on arrival I suspect due to low numbers (it was 30th Dec). Room was really nice. Bed super comfy and amazing shower. Complimentary tea and coffee (albeit basic quality - could put more premium brands in). Complimentary water also provided as well as shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. It was our second visit here. The prices can sometimes be a bit silly but we struck it lucky with an overnight stay for £67 which was great value. Parked at the Lace Market car park overnight which is a 2 min walk away. Would definitely return

Was a lovely stay, the staff are amazing, especially Peter checking us out, made to feel very welcome. Such a quirky little place to stay. The room was spotless. Only downside didn't want to leave, would defiantly be recommending to all my friends many thanks Michelle and Phil.
