Great location, charming building, courteous staff. I stay here regularly.
I travel to Nottingham for business twice a year and always stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old district with lots of restaurants, shopping, and little music venues. It's right on the tram line (one stop from the train/bus station) making it convenient with a suitcase. The place has charm and the staff has always been courteous and efficient. ...
Superb
Lovely hotel great location friendly staff and good breakfast also the on site bar was good too with friendly staff also
Fab stay, already booked in again
We booked into a Privelege King Room. Room was great, so spacious with a massive comfy bed. Facilities exceeded expectations and included a bath and shower in the bathroom, a little fridge and an Alexa! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality and very tasty. Location is superb, especially if you are seeing a show at the Motorpoint Arena, only about a 5 minute walk and also close to shops, pubs and clubs. One downside was you are in the thick of the nightlife so it was a little noisy at night, but the hotel had provided earplugs which I thought was considerate and a nice touch, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. Looking forward to our next visit which we have already booked.
Would recommend, booked to stay again already.
Facilities were more than we expected. Was surprised but pleased to see a bath and a shower in the room. Also loved having a little fridge in the room. Massive bed and plenty of room, was lovely.

Stayed for 1 night with my sister to watch the season opener of netball super league... lovely place and very helpful staff, Bruno and Peter on reception were especially helpful and treated us to an upgraded suite!!! Breakfast very good, would defo recommend!!
Visiting son at uni
Very polite, friendly and helpful staff, met quite a few but only name I got was Vinnie, he was doing a great job in the bar. Nice looking hotel with a spacious room. Breakfast was tasty and great value. Great location for restaurants and bars.
Lovely central hotel!
We visited for a couple of reasons, it was central for shopping for myself and my daughter and it was round the corner from my partners office. Parking is close by but expensive when staying more than one night. Check in was smooth and staff very friendly, room was very spacious even with the extra bed for our daughter, the bathroom was very spacious and was full equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and plenty of towels on the heated rail. Loved all the quirky decor around the hotel and rooms! We had breakfast on one of our mornings and it was nice but not a lot of section on the cold buffet, the hot food was to order and was very tasty. Overall we had a very lovely stay and will definitely be back (once the roof has been fixed!)
A fab hotel
The staff were great as soon as we arrived, we were too early for check in so they kindly looked after our bags until we could. It was in a fantastic position for our target of the theatre royal and reception helped with directions. The room was lovely and beds comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and I was really pleased to have fruit tea in with the hot drinks as I cannot have dairy. A brilliant hotel that I will recommend and have already hinted to hubby that we need to come to stay.
Great location for a day/night in Nottingham
Location for what we wanted was spot on also The Curious Tavern joined on to it was a great starting point for our night.
