Highly recommended
It was just a one stay but we really liked this hotel. It is centrally located within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Our breakfast which was served to us, not buffet style, was excellent. We booked a time to have breakfast and service was very swift.

Big, comfy bed and a very nice breakfast.Only small gripes were that the toiletries were a bit small and the ironing board had seen better days, but they're minor things. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.
Amazing stay!!
We went Nottingham for a short break and decided to stay at Mercure Hotel. The room was great and very spacious, everything clean and the staff were beyond friendly!! 100% best customer service offered at a hotel. Will definitely come back!
Amazing hotel
I visited the hotel for a celebration of my birthday, on the way to the hotel I proposed to my partner and we got engaged.
Not only did the staff welcome us and make us feel very welcome, when we told them of our engagement they were very kind, super lovely and upgraded us on the spot to make it even more special.
The facilities are fantastic, the room was gorgeous and well decorated. The staff were really helpful and made us feel super welcome the whole time we were there. I could not thank them enough and I cannot wait to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Mercure hotel and we will definitely be coming back to stay again. Sophia provided a great service and catered to all our needs with no trouble at all. The room was very clean to a high standard and a great size.

Had the weekend in a suit room, very clean and amazingly decorated! Great location and discounted parking nearby. Sophie and rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful, would deffo recommend. Thank you!
Another great stay at the Mercure Hotel
The Mercure Hotel has never failed to let us down. Chris the manager and his staff ensured that our stay was another great experience. We stayed for 2 nights in our favourite suite, the George Suite. The hotel is meticulously clean and the hotel did everything in accordance with the government's Covid-19 guidelines.
Visited to celebrate a birthday and surprise engagement
Absolutely loved this hotel! First of all the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Me and my partner got engaged the same day and we were lucky enough to receive a beautiful room upgrade. Fantastic location, close to bars, shops and activities. Would stay here again 100%

Stayed here with work and was unsure of the area, got great information for where to get food and drink locally by the very helpful Sophia, I can't thank her enough for the advice, food and drink in Faradays across the street was excellent
Amazing service!!
The hotel is gorgeous for a start, but we also had a slight issue with our room and Sophia and the management team couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were so friendly and personable, and they sorted us out right away. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
