The Hockley Hustle returns!
On Sunday 23rd October, after a three year enforced hiatus, Hockley Hustle is set to make a triumphant return to Hockley. Set to take over 30 Nottingham venues and feature 350 artists Hockley Hustle is a music and arts festival that helps five charities, added bonus? You only need to purchase one wristband to gain access to the entire festival.
The all-day festival is set to begin at 1pm and the line-up is stacked with the best local talent and up and coming acts across venues including Rough Trade, The Bodega, Jamcafé, Hockley Arts Club and lots more.
Bringing the Carnival vibes to this years Hustle, there is a rammed street entertainment programme that includes a Samba parade featuring the award winning Can Samba collective. Hockley Hustle have collaborated with Nottingham Street Food Club this year so you can expect to see Heathcote Street lined with a selection of food vendors to give you the festival feel. Adding to the party vibes, there will be a Silent Disco with a rotation of DJ’s on the Broadway Cinema Terrace. Expect to see a fantastic light show and maybe even some special guests making appearances throughout the day.
Proceeds of Hockley Hustle 2022 will go to support a number of local charities carrying out vital work across the city including Imara, Base 51, Emmanuel House, BME Cancer Communities and a Nottingham food bank.
Tickets are available through Gigantic and are offering £10 for students or £15 for standard tickets.
